Sulzer MFH 10-24T 2K Mixer Mixpac F System 1:1/2:1

Original Sulzer MFH 10-24T static disposable helix mixing tube (mixing nozzle) for 2K systems with MR 1:1 and 2:1.

NEW with 24 mixing elements. The higher number of mixing elements compared to the Original Sulzer MFH 10-18T increases the mixing, resulting in a slightly higher counterpressure when pressing out the cartridge.

Elan-tech® ADH 891.892 epoxy adhesive black, cartridge/400 ml (order no. 1538911)

When the adhesive is pressed into the cartridge, the components are independently mixed so that a ready-to-use adhesive mixture is available at the tip. After exceeding the processing time, the adhesive hardens in the mixing tube. The mixing tubes are therefore disposable articles.

This static disposable helix mixing tube was developed for the Mixpac F200 ml and F400 ml cartridges with MR 1:1 and 2:1 (the ml-values depend on the manufacturer who fills the cartridges, they can vary approx. +/- 10 ml, decisive is the size and the mixing ratio). The mixer is characterized by a unique interface development between the static mixer and the cartridge. This interface has separate ports to prevent cross-contamination of resin and hardener. This mixer is mainly used for mixing epoxy resins, epoxy adhesives, silicones, polyurethanes, acrylates, and polyester resins.
