Delrin® Finned Roller (cross grooves)
A tool from Polyacetal* for the production of high-quality laminates.
The Delrin® Finned Roller is best suited for deaerating fibre-reinforced wet laminates, for almost all resins and glass fibre fabrics for smaller surfaces. Due to the deep, parallel grooves (no thread), the laminate can be ventilated optimally.

It has excellent non-stick properties, which makes it very easy to clean. Available in different sizes.

* POM Polyoxymethylene (POM) or Polyacetal, was introduced by DuPont under the brand name "Delrin" for the first time in 1959. Polyoxymethylene is glossy opaque and temperature-resistant from -50 °C to 110 °C.
It is characterized by:
Very high surface hardness, which is surpassed by only a few plastics, extreme wear resistance, resistance to almost all common solvents (not against acids and oxidizing agents), low friction resistance, good abrasion resistance, excellent resilience, high fatigue strength under varying loadings, high breakdown and compressive strength, high resistance to stress cracking and low water absorption.
