Threaded inserts aluminium (Inner Ø 28 mm), sets

Threaded inserts made of aluminum, suitable for CFRP tubes with an inner Ø 28 mm.

Set contains:
1 x thread insert with external thread
1 x thread insert with internal thread.

Processing:
Clean/degrease inserts with solvent. Lightly grind carbon tube inside to remove any release agent residue. Coat insert with epoxy adhesive and push into the tube, remove escaping adhesive. After sufficient curing, the threaded joint can be loaded.

Available for tubes with outer Ø 30, 31 and 32 mm.
