Hardener for Mould Resin P with a pot life of 20 minutes.

  • Excellent chemical resistance (as far as possible styrene-resistant)
  • Free of nonylphenol and benzyl alcohol

Mixing ratio: 100 : 25 parts by weight of resin to hardener
Processing time (125 g/23 °C): approx. 20 minutes
Gel time (at 20 °C/1 mm layer thickness): approx. 2 hours
Curing time (at 23 °C): 24 hours

Viscosity (ISO 3219/at 25 °C):  150 -170 mPas
Flashpoint (DIN-ISO 367): > 100 °C
Amine number (TS 31-97): 825 ± 50 mgKOH/g
Gardner colour index (DIN ISO 4630-2): < 8
