CFRP rectangular rod of unidirectional HT carbon fibre prepregs made ​​with a transparent epoxy resin matrix in the pressing process. The edges of the rods are water jet cut, accuracy 0.1 mm/m.

Please note:
Release agent residues migrate to the surface of the part, therefore the bonding surfaces have to be roughened very thoroughly.
