Precise handmade angular profiles of carbon fabric in excellent, visually beautiful quality.

Heat distortion resistance up to 80 °C

The carbon angle L-profiles have similar technical properties to our carbon sheets:

  • Low thermal expansion
  • High rigidity and strength with low weight

Laminate construction:
Wall thickness
0.5 mm : 2 layers carbon fabric 245 g/m² (0°/90°)
Wall thickness 1.5 mm : 2 layers carbon fabric 245 g/m² (0°/90°) + core layer from biaxial NCF 540 g/m² (± 45°)

Tolerances:
As a rule, the deviation from the straightness is not more than 1 mm/m.

Application:
The carbon angle L-profiles can be used as stop angles or inner or outer corner reinforcements.
In mechanical and plant engineering, the carbon angle L-profiles are also used to reinforce existing (metal) structures.
Other areas of application include medical technology (X-ray transparency), aerospace, model and mould making, motorsport, furniture manufacturing and equipment and apparatus engineering.

The carbon angle L-profiles can be processed using CNS, drilling, sawing, grinding etc. with suitable tools.
